Its that time of year again where we are getting closer to the warmer weather and holidays in sunny climates are on the horizon and I will be getting my pale and pasty legs out again, which haven't seen the light of day since last summer.  I must admit I don't really tan very well anyway, so even if the sun's out I need a bit of help to get that sun-kissed glow.  Step in St Moriz Luxury Creme Whipped Mousse*.

Its easy to apply, with either an applicator mitt or glove and then just blend well in circular motions.  You can use this on your body and face. Make sure you bend your knees and elbows to avoid streaks.  Make sure its dry before dressing and then your tan will start to develop after 1 hour.  It will continue to develop for up to 8 hours so depending on your preference just wash off when you get the tan you are looking for.  

It contains Vitamin E to lock in hydration and is infused with rosehip oil and hyaluronic acid.  It leaves the skin looking and feeling good and definitely ready for those warm sunny days that are hopefully not too far away.

I picked up the Primark Vitamin Enriched Moisturising Primer because it looked like it was a dupe for the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. The Primark version costs £4.50 for 45ml and the Bobbi Brown Face Base costs £48.50 for 50ml, so there is quite a price difference.   I had always wanted to try out the Bobbi Brown product, so when I received a mini version in a gift with purchase goody bag I was really excited to try it out, but I have to say I was somewhat underwhelmed.  I have quite dry skin and the face base did not have as much slip as I was expecting, so it didn't feel smooth when I applied my foundation. Primark LED Light Mask Review

I have wanted to get an LED Mask for ages but with prices for some of them at over £400 I just haven't been able to pull the trigger and buy one yet. So when I saw the LED Light Mask in Primark for £15 I just had to try it out.  The Primark version targets 3 different skin concerns with 3 different types of light sources. Aldi Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer Review - Bobbi Brown Dupe

I managed to get my hands on the newly released Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer from Aldi which is supposed to be a dupe of the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. It costs £5.99 for 50ml whereas the Bobbi Brown product costs £48.50 for 50ml. That's a big difference especially at times like these when every penny counts. The big question - is it any good? I actually really enjoyed using this primer. I have dry skin and this thick creamy primer really suited my skin. It contains vitamin c, vitamin b, vitamin e, shea butter, sodium hyaluronate & geranium oil and I found it very hydrating on my skin and it provided a great base for my makeup. My makeup stayed on all day and didn't go patchy or dry. It also has a fresh grapefruit and geranium scent which is really refreshing, but don't worry its not an overpowering smell.
