The Recycle at Boots programme is designed to help customers recycle their empty beauty, health, and wellness products. It's a simple, yet effective way to contribute to environmental conservation while also reaping some rewards for your efforts. The Recycle at Boots programme is available in 800 stores across the UK. The process is straightforward. Its reusable and eco-friendly and when you have finished your lunch or you are storing the lunchbox when its not in use it can be compacted down to 3cm helping you to save space. I know I am late to the party with this one, but I don't normally shop in Tesco as until recently I didn't have a local  branch.  Now that's all changed, so I can add makeup to my list of things that I can now recycle.  Tesco have linked up with Maybelline and now have boxes in some branches where you can recycle any brand of makeup. The list of items you can recycle include: Compacts and Pallets Mascaras and Liners Lip Products Plastic Tubes and Bottles Unfortunately you can't recycle Glass, Wood, brushes and polish.  I'm still on the lookout for somewhere you can recycle nail polish and makeup brushes so if you know of anywhere then please let me know. I don't know about you but one of the first things that my dentist asks me when I visit them is if I floss, so its something I try to do in my daily routine (most of the time anyway). The Humble Co Dental Floss* comes in a variety of flavours - Mint, lemon and cinnamon and even has a charcoal version as well. I like charity shopping, because it allows me to find quality pieces at an affordable price and it also allows me to pick up clothes that are out of my comfort zone, but are worth a try when you can pick them up for a couple of quid (maybe a bit more at some charity shops as they are not always cheap). It does take a bit of time and patience going through all the rails trying to find something that takes your fancy which comes in your size.  I think that if you are a smaller size, then charity shops can be amazing because you can sometimes find high end and even top designer pieces at really great prices.  If you are more of a bigger standard size, then you are in the majority and the pickings are not quite as easy to come by, but keep looking because those gems are out there waiting to be found.   First of all I wanted to give you a few quick tips for successful charity shopping (I apologise in advance for numbers 8-10 but they are critical.
