Beverly Hills Formula Professional White Advanced 2 in 1 Whitening Kit Plus Touch Up Pen * - £25 This is an easy to use teeth whitening kit that you can use at home.  You just place the whitening strips onto the lower teeth first and then the upper teeth and leave on for up to 1 hour.  This is ideal if you work from home like me as I can just sit at my desk working while I am using this product.  After 1 hour you just remove them and rinse your teeth.  There are 28 whitening strips (14 upper and 14 lower).  There is also a whitening pen that you can use for touch ups or on the go which is a perfect size for my handbag when I'm out and about.    Superdrug currently has this product on offer for half price £12.48 he...

I was kindly sent some Billion Dollar Smile Teeth Whitening Strips * to review which I have been using recently.  With a name like Billion Dollar Smile they have a lot to live up to.   They are pretty straight forward to use, you just brush your teeth with water and apply the strips to your upper and lower teeth, and leave on for 15-30 minutes.    You then peel off the strips and rinse your mouth with water.  I love this type of product as you can just get on with your day while you are using them (if you're at home that is).   You don't have to dry your teeth before using the strips like I have seen on similar products and they don't make your mouth water while using them (this has happened to me while using whitening products before).    They taste minty and it does state on the box that the gel is ok to be swallowed which is reassuring. I am always on the lookout for products that help my teeth look whiter, so I was really pleased to be sent Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White* and Perfect White Black toothpaste* to try out. I don't have bad teeth as I have always (reluctantly) gone to the dentist on a regular basis (to be fair my dentist is really nice) but my teeth could always look a bit whiter that's for sure.   Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White Toothpaste * is £5.99 for 100ml but is currently half price at Superdrug .  This toothpaste is pale blue with darker blue flecks in it.  It tastes nice and minty and isn't abrasive on your teeth so you can use it 2-3 times a day.    I have found after using this toothpaste that I have no stains on my teeth. I am always on the look out for products that will whiten and brighten my teeth, so I was really pleased when I was sent the SmileLab Flash Advanced Teeth Whitening Brush* to try out which I have been using for a few weeks now. This is a quick and easy product to use.  The pen has a brush on one end and a twist bottom which you wind around to push up some product onto the brush.  You apply it on to dry teeth (I usually just wipe them down with a tissue) and leave on for 60 seconds.  It's really that simple.  You can repeat this 2-3 times a day. It doesn't have a dramatic effect (but then who wants Ross from Friends teeth - hands up if you get that reference), but it does have a slight brightening effect so it's a great product to use when you are going out for a special occasion.  The effects are  not long term, but if you want your teeth to look a bit brighter in a hurry then this product is ideal. I was sent some White Glo products to try out recently which was great as I have always been on the look out for teeth whitening products that work.  I usually buy the products and then get bored of using them as they never seem to fit easily into my routine (read into that that I'm lazy and I forget).  Anyway I was interested to try them out. Professional Teeth Whitening System White Glow Diamond Series Advanced Teeth Whitening System* This set comes with the whitening treatment and the tray and a daily maintenance White Glow Professional Choice toothpaste.  It's very simple to use, you apply the whitening treatment (which is a gel) to both sides of the tray (for your upper and lower teeth or you can just choose to do one or the other).  Pop the tray in your mouth (there are indicators on the tray so you know which way up to put it).  You then leave it in for 5-15 minutes (I usually leave it in for the full 15).  You can do this every day for 1 week...

I recently received Instant Whites 7 Day Whitening System Kit * to try out.  It's a peroxide free home teeth whitening kit.  The packaging states that you will see immediate results after the first 5 minutes, and up to 9 shades whiter in just 7 days.  Instant Whites 7 Day Whitening System also works on all tooth surfaces including natural teeth, caps, crowns, veneers, dentures and bonding. It's really easy to use, you take one of the swaps and gently push the swab down into the liquid filled base, until a small amount of the product comes through the tip of the swab.  You then apply a small amount of the liquid onto the surface of all the teeth to be whitened and gently rub each tooth in a circular motion for 10-20 seconds with the swab.  Once you have done this on all the teeth you want to whiten you rinse out your mouth with warm water.  I found this product really easy to use and I did not get any sensitivity with my teeth....
