Victoria's Secret Tease Dreamer Fragrance Review

Image
I love sales as I can't resist a good bargain.  Recently I popped into Victoria's Secret to have a browse (that's what I always tell myself) and picked up some products from their Tease Dreamer fragrance range.   Now let me start by saying I'm not a big fan of the name, Dreamer by itself would have been fine.  The scent itself is lovely it just reminds me of holidays.  It's got that perfect balance of Coconut, Ocean and Sun.  Just putting it on makes me feel like I'm on my hols.  When I sprayed it to try it out I just knew I had to buy it and when I found out it was on sale I decided to buy the EDP 100ml for £20 from £59, Fragrance Mist 250ml for £7 from £22 and the rollerball 7ml for £7.50 (might have been £7) from £15.  I just couldn't resist. I think the sale is still on so if you are looking for a great summer scent check this one out it's fab. Leigh ...

Bath & Body Works & Victoria's Secret Florida Haul

Image
I did some major shopping on my recent holiday to Florida.  I'll be posting my hauls over the next few weeks.  Heres my first one, which is Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret.   The fragrance mists were $6 instead of the usual $14 online. The body lotions were $6 each online (usually $13, the blue one in the middle was usually $15), although I did get 2 of these free (see the info with the pocketbacs). I always stock up on the pocketbacs as they are 5 for $6 or $1.75 each.  I bought 10 for $12 and used a voucher to get a free body cream worth $13.  I did this twice to maximise the offer. I bought the Aromatherapy Sleep Body Wash for $6 online (usually $13).  The foaming hand soaps were only $3.50 each so I picked up 3 of those as they are usually $6.50. These Victoria's Secret Fragrance Mists were a bargain at $5 each, instead of the usual $18, so I picked up 4. There are some great offers online or instore at Bath &...

Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Now Eau De Parfum Review

Image
I had a £10 reward card to use at Victoria's Secret, so I popped into the Leeds store to have a browse and see if anything took my fancy.  I love the Victoria's Secret fragrances, so I was spraying a few to test them out when one of the sales assistants let me know about their new fragrance called Very Sexy Now.  As soon as I sprayed it I knew that I was going to buy it as it smells so summery and reminds me of holidays.  I was told that it contained coconut water, which is why it reminds me of holidays.  It does smell of coconuts, but it's not overpowering. It also contains pink lotus and warm sand accord and overall is a lovely light fragrance that is perfect for a summery day (not that we get too many of those in the UK).  I love the pretty blue packaging which is reminiscent of a lovely beach scene with the perfect blue sky and sea.  There's also a cute pink tassel attached to the bottle. I knew I wanted to buy it, so I was pretty happy when I...

Victoria's Secret Reward Card Free When You Spend £10

Image
I love Victoria's Secret underwear, although it can be a little pricey.  I was browsing in the  Victoria's Secret  store in the Trinity Centre in Leeds this weekend and noticed that the free reward card offer was back on.  Basically, if you spend over £10 you will receive a free reward card, which can be used to receive money off a purchase between 30th March and 28th April 2015.   Between those dates you can check the value of your card at the checkout and find out if it's worth £10, £50, £100 or £500 off you next purchase.  Obviously, most cards will be worth £10, but it's still a good deal to spend £10 and receive £10 off your next purchase. They did this offer at the end of 2014 and I used my reward cards to buy some of their great fragrance mists which ended up costing a couple of pounds. The reward card will be given out with all purchases of £10 or more between 26 February and 29 March 2015. Leighlee This is not a sponsored post ...

Top 5 Favourite - Products

Image
Here's a quick post on my top 5 favourite products right now. I just love the smell of Philosophy Pumpkin Icing Shower Gel.  I'm not sure that it actually smells much like a pumpkin (I have no idea what one smells like), but this shower gel is sweet and sugary and comforting.  It is giving Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel a run for its money in my book.  It's £14. The Body Shop Moringa Body Spray is a fresh, floral fragrance and it's perfect to spray on at the start of the day as it's not overpowering.  It's £7.50 here Palmer's Olive Oil Formula Co-Wash Cleansing Conditioner is a new find for me.  I started using it as shampoo is making my hair really knotty and frizzy at the moment.  This cleansing conditioner cleans my hair and also leaves it soft and shiny and easy to brush.  It's £5.99 here . My favourite evening perfume is Victoria's Secret Scandalous Eau de Parfum.  This is a dark, fruity, sexy scent and I just love the bottle with its b...

Victoria's Secret Fragrance Mists Review

Image
As Victoria's Secret has recently opened stores in Leeds and Sheffield I thought it would be a great time to do a post on some body sprays that I bought from one of their US stores.  I have been buying Victoria's Secret products for a while as I always pop into the store when I'm in America.  Ive always loved the beauty products there and they sell them for  reasonable prices.  I was happy when I heard that they were opening stores in Leeds and Sheffield although I was worried that the prices would be high after getting used to the US prices.  I bought this lot in a gift set (I cant remember how much they cost maybe around $18 which is approximately £12).     VS Fantasies Range of Fragrance Mists       Amber Romance Fragrance Mist 60ml.  This is my absolute favourite Victoria's Secret scent, its subtle but lingers on the skin nicely.  The info on the US site describes it as follows: A seduc...
