Sockshop Beautyfeet Heel Pad Socks Review

Image
I have been trying out the Sockshop Beautyfeet Heel Pad Socks * recently.  I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now so it's time to let you know how I got on. Sockshop Beautyfeet Heel Pad Socks are great to use on hard, dry and rough heels.  They have an integrated nourishing pad in each sock containing a secret, patented formula with advanced moisturising ingredients, a Chinese herbal recipe, and Nano-Silver, an antibacterial particle technology. You wear them daily to help care for and nourish your dry heels. It recommends using them for 8 hours a day, for at least 14 days.  You should start to see results after one day. I tend to wear these socks at night but they can be worn through the day as well.   I have very dry heels as I often wear footwear such as Sketchers and Toms that don't need socks and it does dry out my heels.  I do have lotions and potions but more often then not I do for...

Bare Feet By Margaret Dabbs

Image
I recently bought some products from the Bare Feet By Margaret Dabbs range from Marks and Spencer.   I bought the Refreshing Foot Powder Spray, the Cooling Foot Spray and the Nourishing Cracked Heel Balm. The Cooling Foot Spray has antibacterial properties and helps to cool and sooth your feet.  Perfect for these hot summer days that we have been having in the UK.  This product is really refreshing and cooling and leaves my feet feeling revitalised which is much appreciated after a long, hot day.  This product costs £9.50 for 100ml. The Refreshing Foot Powder Spray has antibacterial properties and like the Cooling Foot Spray contains ginger extract and manuka honey which helps to absorb moisture from your feet.  It also helps to eliminate foot odour and reduce sweat.  This product is £7 for 100ml. Finally, the Nourishing Cracked Heel Balm helps to moisturise and soften heels.  My heels are in terrible condition at the moment as I m...

Footner Exfoliating Socks

Image
I have recently had the opportunity to try out the Footner Exfoliating Socks*.  They promise to reduce hard skin and cracked heels with one application, and remove unwanted dead skin from your feet.  Super, just what I need to get my feet ready to show to the world in strappy heels at Christmas parties.  I won't traumatise you with before photos (well they are not that bad, but you get the general idea), but suffice it to say that there is a lot of hard and dry skin around my heels and on the balls of my feet. Footner Exfoliating Socks are easy to use, simply remove any nail polish from your feet, cut the plastic socks open at the top and slip your feet into them.  The socks are coated on the inside with a gel like substance.  There is an adhesive patch at the top of the socks which you can use to hold the socks onto your feet, which I didn't think worked that well, but the instructions do tell you to slip on some socks over the exfol...
