St. Moriz Gradual Tan & Protect Cream Review

Image
I was pleased to receive St. Moriz Gradual Tan & Protect Cream * to try out.  Now as a person who doesn't tan well (even in this heatwave we are having in the UK and even when I have been on a 2 week holiday in Orlando), fake tan is a product that I need if I want to have any chance of a decent tan in the summer.  I must admit though that the last time I used fake tan it was by accident, as I pinched one of my sisters moisturisers to use on my elbows and a couple of days later she asked me why my elbows were so dirty and when I looked at them they looked like I had been rubbing them is mud.  Took me a while to work out I had used my sisters fake tan product on my dry as heck elbows, it was not a pretty sight.  Anyway enough about that lets get onto the interesting stuff. This product is easy to use for anyone that is lazy like me.    You exfoliate all over and moisture any dry areas, shake the tube and then apply a small amount all over your skin blending evenly in circula

Origins Haul & Review - Hit Refresh, Leg Lifts, Peace of Mind, Original Skin and Face Masks

When I was on holiday at Walt Disney World in Florida, I visited Disney Springs and there are loads of new shops there since the last time I went.  One of those shops was Origins and they had such a great offer on that I could not resist buying some products.  There were 2 offers, the first if you spent over $45 you received $20 off and then if you spent $20 more then as well as the $20 discount, you also got a free product (there was a choice of at least 5 products).  I bought products that I have never tried before and I wanted to let you know what I thought of them.  There are a couple of products missing from this photo, but I will still review them. I have a feeling that I heard about Peace of Mind from Grav3yard Girl on You Tube.  It's an on the spot relief for headaches.  All you do is massage a couple of drops onto your temples, earlobes and back of the neck and breathe deeply.  I have a headache right now and have just applied this product and it has an almost instan

The Humble Co. Humble Brush Bamboo Toothbrush Review

Image
I am always on the look out for environmentally friendly products so I was pleased to receive the Humble Brush Toothbrush * from The Humble Co . to try out.   Here is some of the information from the packaging.  The Humble Company makes products that are good for you and kind to our planet.  Every Humble purchase goes towards funding projects for the benefit of children in need.  Donations are administered by the Humble Smile Foundation a non profit organisation registered in Sweden.   You can read more about the company here . The Humble toothbrush has a handle made from 100% biodegradable, sustainably grown bamboo which can be disposed of in your composting bin and the bristles are made of nylon-6 and can be recycled with plastics.   I will use this brush when I'm travelling as usually I buy a plastic toothbrush that I throw away at the end of my holiday.  This is a great alternative and I feel good knowing I can recycle it after I have finished using it.   An

I do like Colourpop , they have great products at reasonable prices and they deliver to the UK as well so what's not to like.  I have had my eye on the lovely Lux Lipsticks for a while and finally I gave in and put in an order. I bought the following shades and I love them all. Angel City which is a berry shade Dream Easy which is a dark coral shade Still Crazy which is a dusky pink and my favourite Afterglow which is a lighter dusky pink Nu Wave which is a pinky red L-R - Angel City, Dream Easy, Still Crazy, Afterglow & Nu Wave Lux lipsticks are crème lipsticks that just glide on your lips and feel so lovely, they do not dry your lips out at all.  They come in the most fabulous packaging that do not match their cheap price tag of $7. Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White & Perfect White Black Toothpaste Review

Image
I am always on the lookout for products that help my teeth look whiter, so I was really pleased to be sent Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White* and Perfect White Black toothpaste* to try out. I don't have bad teeth as I have always (reluctantly) gone to the dentist on a regular basis (to be fair my dentist is really nice) but my teeth could always look a bit whiter that's for sure.   Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White Toothpaste * is £5.99 for 100ml but is currently half price at Superdrug .  This toothpaste is pale blue with darker blue flecks in it.  It tastes nice and minty and isn't abrasive on your teeth so you can use it 2-3 times a day.    I have found after using this toothpaste that I have no stains on my teeth. I don't drink coffee or tea ,but I do drink a lot of fizzy drinks so it is a good product to keep teeth whiter.  Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White Black Toothpaste* is £4.99 for 100ml, but is currently on offer for £2.48 at Superdrug .

PrimaLash Chloe Sims Luxury Lashes

Image
I was recently sent 2 pairs of The Chloe Sims Luxury Lashes made exclusively for PrimaLash* to try out.   I received the London and Chloe versions.   top-bottom London & Chloe The London lashes are very full on and va va voom.  They are made to stand out and add some glamour to your look.   The Chloe lashes are not as long, but they are thicker, so more intense on your eyes.     Both really make your eyes stand out and they are great for a glam night out.  There are 6 different types of lashes available in this range, so if you are looking for a dramatic look then you should check them out. The lashes are £12 each and can be ordered from PrimaLash (shipping is free within the UK including Northern Ireland).  They are Vegan friendly and made from the highest quality fibres and they can be reused multiple times which is great.  They don't come with any glue, but if you are like me then you will have your favourite brand of lash glue anyway, so that's not a

Primark Haul June 2018

Image
This is just a quick post to show you my small Primark Haul.  I don't get to shop in Primark much anymore so when I get the chance I always like to pick up a few bits and bobs as there are always some nice things in there that I just can't resist. I loved these sandals they are a really lovely blue faux suede.  These will be great to take on holiday (I'm conveniently forgetting I have already been on my holiday for this year). I bought this Over Door Hooks which were reduced from £4.50 to £2.  I really love Rose Gold. I couldn't resist this Trinket Dish which has a mix tape on the top.  How retro.  These were £2 reduced from £4. This may be a bit weird and to be fair it is for kids, but I had to buy this K-Pop Marshmallow Flavoured Toothpaste .  I haven't tried it yet but I will report back on it. It only cost £1.50. I also bought K-Pop PS Dreamy Lips 2 Step Lip Scrub and Mask for £1.50 & PS Blooming Beautiful Calming Eye Pads for
