*Orb Ring-10 - The 10-inch Ring Light

Image
*I received this product for free but the opinions are my own. I must admit that I have never had a ring light.  I've always wanted one, but never got round to buying one. Taking photos inside is not the easiest thing to do, its always either too bright and you get loads of shadows or too dark and the photo doesn't look great.  I was so pleased when I was sent the Orb Ring-10* to review as it makes taking photos and videos so much easier, especially if you don't have a steady hand like me and don't have a well lit room to use to take photos. This 10 inch ring light is great for taking photos & creating videos.  It is small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of space when its not in use and its easy to move around.  It comes with an adjustable smartphone holder inside the ring light itself, as well as 2 additional smartphone holders if needed.  It makes taking photos and making videos so much easier and not having to wait for the perfect light to take them in i

*Kikkerland Knot Game

Image
*I received this product for free but the opinions are my own. The Knot Game* from Kikkerland is a fun game where players can learn how to tie over 20 different knots. This game is for ages 8+ and tests your skills and teaches you some new ones. The game tests how quickly you can tie various knots and comes with 21 knot cards which show picture instructions on how to tie different knots such as bowline, farmer's loop, or zeppelin bend knots (don't worry, I haven't heard of any of these either). It also comes with a carabiner so that you can attempt to tie knots such as a distel hitch, or a trucker's hitch. The game also comes with a rule card, a stick to tie a knot around, 2 ropes and a timer. This is the perfect little party game to test your ability to follow instructions whilst being timed. The game costs £13 and you can buy it from the RNLI shop which means that you are also supporting a great cause.   Leigh 💜

*Lilly Lashes Barely Flare Individuals Review

Image
*I received this product for free but the opinions are my own. I recently tried out the Lilly Lashes Barely Flare Individuals*. I will admit that I have never been very good at applying fake lashes, although I have tried as I have very short, straight lashes. Unfortunately, I have also been blessed with heavily hooded eyes, which makes applying lashes even more difficult. For some reason I thought that individual lashes would be much harder to apply than strip lashes, so I was interested to give these lashes a go. These lashes are natural looking, double layered, knot-free faux mink tapered lashes. They are cruelty-free and vegan friendly. Each box contains 32 flares, 16 10mm flares and 16 12mm flares. I actually found these individual lashes much easier to apply than one full strip as you have more control and you don't have to worry about getting the strip of lashes in the correct place before the glue dries.  I applied 3 individual flares to the outer half of my eyes which enhan

*Kids Stuff Foamy Friends Bubble Bath

Image
*I received this product for free but the opinions are my own. The first thing I did when I received the Kids Stuff Foamy Friends Bubble Bath* with a Banana fragrance was smell it and it smells exactly like bananas.  Its created for kids by kids.  They created the product name, designed the branding and packaging and selected the product features. Kids Stuff partnered with The Primary School Enterprise Challenge to offer children the chance to explore their creativity and learn key life skills such as leadership, team building and public speaking.  All great skills that definitely come in handy and I must say would have benefitted me as I got older. Spencer, Lola, Connie and Jacob were the winners for the challenge in 2022 and came up with the concept of a banana fragranced bubble bath, packaged in an eye catching bright yellow bottle with Penny the Penguin displayed on the front of the bottle.  Well done guys. Its a great idea that's turned into a fab product for your kids, to mak

*St Moriz Luxury Creme Whipped Mousse

Image
*I received this product for free but the opinions are my own. Its that time of year again where we are getting closer to the warmer weather and holidays in sunny climates are on the horizon and I will be getting my pale and pasty legs out again, which haven't seen the light of day since last summer.  I must admit I don't really tan very well anyway, so even if the sun's out I need a bit of help to get that sun-kissed glow.  Step in St Moriz Luxury Creme Whipped Mousse*.   Its easy to apply, with either an applicator mitt or glove and then just blend well in circular motions.  You can use this on your body and face. Make sure you bend your knees and elbows to avoid streaks.  Make sure its dry before dressing and then your tan will start to develop after 1 hour.  It will continue to develop for up to 8 hours so depending on your preference just wash off when you get the tan you are looking for.   It contains Vitamin E to lock in hydration and is infused with rosehip oil and

*Stress Flix

Image
*I received this product for free but the opinions are my own. I dont know about you but when faced with making a decision on what to watch on Netflix I can scroll for ages and still not decide on what to watch which is frustrating.  Stress Flix* is here to help.  This decision dice has 6 different categories - Romance, Comedy, Action, Thriller, Horror & Documentary. Just roll the dice and let it pick the category for you and whittle down some of your options.  If you always argue about what to watch, then maybe this is for you as well.  Let the dice decide.  Finally if all else fails use it as a stress ball. The Stress Flix* is £9.99 and can be purchased here .  Right, now to let the dice decide, lets roll it and see.  Ok its romance for me, so now to decide which romance movie to watch. I just wish there was something to help with that.   Leigh 💜
