*GLO32 Advanced Whitening System & Toothpaste with Coconut Oil Review

I was recently sent some GLO32* products to try out. It wont be long before we are starting to think about Christmas parties and other celebrations, which for the last couple of years have not been a normal part of our lives, so whether you are out and about or staying at home having teeth whitening products are always useful.

GLO32 Advanced Whitening System with Coconut Oil Review

The Glo32 Advanced Whitening System with Coconut Oil* promotes brighter and whiter teeth. It's peroxide free and it's formulated with coconut oil for a healthy way to achieve a brighter smile.   It whitens teeth by gently reducing surface stains and discolouration.  I have always taken care of my teeth and visit the dentist on a regular basis, but as we age our teeth seem to naturally lose their whiteness and whilst I don't obsess about the colour of my teeth, I would like them to be whiter, so I was happy to try out this product. 

The kit comes with a 14 day treatment of Advanced Whitening Strips to use at home and the Advanced Whitening Stilo for on the go whitening.  The strips are easy to use, just carefully tear open the pouch and using a mirror apply the long strip to your upper front teeth (gel side to teeth). Fold the excess part of the strip to the back of your teeth. Repeat with the smaller strip to your front bottom teeth.  After 20-30 minutes carefully remove the strips and immediately rinse your mouth with water or brush away any excess gel with a toothbrush.

The stilo works by twisting the base of the pen to dispense gel onto the brush. Then apply a layer of gel on the teeth avoiding the gums and leaving the product on for 10 - 20 minutes. The stilo can be used 2 - 3 times a day for optimum results. You cannot eat or drink whilst using this product and once it's been on for sufficient time you simply rinse you mouth out with water.

This product costs £30 and can be purchased from Boots which currently has a 1/3 off (depending when you read this).

The Glo32 Advanced Whitening Toothpaste with coconut oil* promotes healthier gums and white teeth.  It is enamel safe and peroxide free.  It is formulated with coconut oil for a healthy way to achieve a whiter, brighter smile.    It whitens the teeth by gently reducing surface stains and discolouration. You just use it as you would a normal toothpaste, twice a day, to gently remove surface stains and whiten teeth.  It freshens breath and is a non-abrasive formula.

This product costs £10 and can be purchased from Boots and again there is a 1/3 off (depending when you read this).

I picked up the Primark Vitamin Enriched Moisturising Primer because it looked like it was a dupe for the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. The Primark version costs £4.50 for 45ml and the Bobbi Brown Face Base costs £48.50 for 50ml, so there is quite a price difference.   I had always wanted to try out the Bobbi Brown product, so when I received a mini version in a gift with purchase goody bag I was really excited to try it out, but I have to say I was somewhat underwhelmed.  I have quite dry skin and the face base did not have as much slip as I was expecting, so it didn't feel smooth when I applied my foundation. Primark LED Light Mask Review

I have wanted to get an LED Mask for ages but with prices for some of them at over £400 I just haven't been able to pull the trigger and buy one yet. So when I saw the LED Light Mask in Primark for £15 I just had to try it out.  The Primark version targets 3 different skin concerns with 3 different types of light sources. Aldi Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer Review - Bobbi Brown Dupe

I managed to get my hands on the newly released Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer from Aldi which is supposed to be a dupe of the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. It costs £5.99 for 50ml whereas the Bobbi Brown product costs £48.50 for 50ml. That's a big difference especially at times like these when every penny counts. The big question - is it any good? I actually really enjoyed using this primer. I have dry skin and this thick creamy primer really suited my skin. It contains vitamin c, vitamin b, vitamin e, shea butter, sodium hyaluronate & geranium oil and I found it very hydrating on my skin and it provided a great base for my makeup. My makeup stayed on all day and didn't go patchy or dry. It also has a fresh grapefruit and geranium scent which is really refreshing, but don't worry its not an overpowering smell.
