Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Healthy Glow Hydrating Tinted Moisturiser

It really is very rare for me to repurchase beauty products, simply because there are always so many new products on the market that I want to try. When I do repurchase a product then I know its a good one. I recently repurchased Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Healthy Glow Hydrating Tinted Moisturiser, because I really enjoy using it. Its been out of stock for quite a while so I was happy that I managed to snap up the last one on a recent visit to Harvey Nichols as I really don't want to be without this product.

I don't usually use bronzers as I find they just make my face look dirty, but this product works a treat. I just apply it over moisturiser and SPF (Charlotte Tilbury Invisible UV Flawless Poreless Primer SPF 50 is a good one) and this product gives me a lovely all over glow. Its not too dark or orange, it basically does what it says on the tin and leaves me with a healthy glow which is just what I am looking for. I usually wear this on its own for the daytime and if I am feeling cheeky I might add mascara, lip gloss and maybe if I'm pushing it a dab of blusher, but that's it nothing more is needed.

Its a natural looking skin tint that I find quite hydrating and it costs £36 for 40ml. I really recommend this product for dry or mature skin and also if you don't do well with bronzers or even foundation. This product has a blurring effect along with the healthy glow and I really enjoy using this simple to use product.

I picked up the Primark Vitamin Enriched Moisturising Primer because it looked like it was a dupe for the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. The Primark version costs £4.50 for 45ml and the Bobbi Brown Face Base costs £48.50 for 50ml, so there is quite a price difference.   I had always wanted to try out the Bobbi Brown product, so when I received a mini version in a gift with purchase goody bag I was really excited to try it out, but I have to say I was somewhat underwhelmed.  I have quite dry skin and the face base did not have as much slip as I was expecting, so it didn't feel smooth when I applied my foundation. I have wanted to get an LED Mask for ages but with prices for some of them at over £400 I just haven't been able to pull the trigger and buy one yet. So when I saw the LED Light Mask in Primark for £15 I just had to try it out.  The Primark version targets 3 different skin concerns with 3 different types of light sources. Aldi Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer Review - Bobbi Brown Dupe

I managed to get my hands on the newly released Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer from Aldi which is supposed to be a dupe of the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. It costs £5.99 for 50ml whereas the Bobbi Brown product costs £48.50 for 50ml. That's a big difference especially at times like these when every penny counts. The big question - is it any good? I actually really enjoyed using this primer. I have dry skin and this thick creamy primer really suited my skin. It contains vitamin c, vitamin b, vitamin e, shea butter, sodium hyaluronate & geranium oil and I found it very hydrating on my skin and it provided a great base for my makeup. My makeup stayed on all day and didn't go patchy or dry. It also has a fresh grapefruit and geranium scent which is really refreshing, but don't worry its not an overpowering smell.
