I was sent Oral-B Sensitivity & Gum Calm Toothpaste to try out by Supersavvyme.    

Now I have very sensitive teeth, hot and cold food can drive me crazy and to be honest even brushing my teeth can set my teeth on edge so this was a perfect product for me to try out.  Well all I can say is Wow!  The first time I tried this product out my teeth definitely weren't as sensitive and since starting to use this product regularly I have hardly noticed any sensitivity with my teeth.  

One of the great things about this product (other that it stops my teeth feeling sensitive) is that it has a nice subtle minty taste and it doesn't give you that burning sensation in your mouth like a lot of other toothpastes do.  It also has a creamy fine foam which I like as well.

60% of people in the UK suffer with sensitive teeth and gum issues and only 5% of those are using the right toothpaste for their needs.  If you are one of them this product is worth trying out.  At the moment it is half price at Boots here.  If the promotion has finished use discount code CALM50 which will give you a 50% discount between 21/10/2020 to 29/12/2020.

I picked up the Primark Vitamin Enriched Moisturising Primer because it looked like it was a dupe for the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. The Primark version costs £4.50 for 45ml and the Bobbi Brown Face Base costs £48.50 for 50ml, so there is quite a price difference.   I had always wanted to try out the Bobbi Brown product, so when I received a mini version in a gift with purchase goody bag I was really excited to try it out, but I have to say I was somewhat underwhelmed.  I have quite dry skin and the face base did not have as much slip as I was expecting, so it didn't feel smooth when I applied my foundation. I have wanted to get an LED Mask for ages but with prices for some of them at over £400 I just haven't been able to pull the trigger and buy one yet. So when I saw the LED Light Mask in Primark for £15 I just had to try it out.  The Primark version targets 3 different skin concerns with 3 different types of light sources. Red Light - Use for Anti-Aging benefits by helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles Blue Light - Helps to remove acne causing bacteria and reduce skin  inflammation Yellow Light - Helps to improve rough skin, reduces appearance of wrinkles and skin redness To use you cleanse your face and apply soothing and hydrating products.  You can use with face cream, eye cream, facial mask, eye mask, essence, toner etc.  Press the button for 2 seconds to turn on and press again until the LED light that you want to use appears.  You then use it for 10-20 minutes.  It does advise that in case of sensitivity to use with your eyes closed.  After use switch

Aldi Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer Review - Bobbi Brown Dupe

I managed to get my hands on the newly released Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer from Aldi which is supposed to be a dupe of the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. It costs £5.99 for 50ml whereas the Bobbi Brown product costs £48.50 for 50ml. That's a big difference especially at times like these when every penny counts. The big question - is it any good? I actually really enjoyed using this primer. I have dry skin and this thick creamy primer really suited my skin. It contains vitamin c, vitamin b, vitamin e, shea butter, sodium hyaluronate & geranium oil and I found it very hydrating on my skin and it provided a great base for my makeup. My makeup stayed on all day and didn't go patchy or dry. It also has a fresh grapefruit and geranium scent which is really refreshing, but don't worry its not an overpowering smell.
