Bioglan Beauty Collagen Gummies & Effervescent

I am always looking for ways to improve the condition of my hair, skin and nails, so when I received the Bioglan Beauty Collagen Gummies and Effervescent* I was really keen to give them a go. The products harness the power of type 1 marine sourced collagen which is the most abundant form of collagen found in the body.  Clinical studies have shown that marine collagen helps to reduce wrinkle depth and increase moisture levels in all skin types. Each dose  of the Bioglan Beauty Collagen contains vitamin C, biotin and selenium.
Considering collagen production begins to reduce by the age of 25, it definitely can't hurt to use supplements like these on a daily basis.  I found that the gummies were really easy to incorporate into my daily routine.  You need to take 2 daily and they taste like strawberry sweets, so there's no nasty medicinal taste with them  It's almost like a little treat everyday with the added bonus that you are caring for your body at the same time.  Each jar comes with 60 gummies which means that you have a 30 day supply and they cost £18.99.  I seem to remember that there was a big craze on Facebook not so long ago concerning gummy supplements and I think they were a lot more expensive that the Bioglan Beauty Collagen product.

The great thing about the effervescent option is that it encourages you to drink more water.  I don't know about you but I always struggle to drink the recommended amount of water each day, so using the effervescent helps me to increase my water intake.  They are really easy to use.  All you have to do is dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of cold water and the added benefit is that is makes the water taste like berries which is nice.  As with the gummies, you need to take 2 of these every day.  They cost £8.99 for 20 tablets.

You can buy them online in the Beauty Collagen website and they are also available at Holland & Barrett (Bioglan products are half price on this site right now - as at 26/05/19).  I think they are a great option for healthier hair, firmer skin and strong nails.
