*The Hair Boss The Colour Enhancing Gloss & The Corrector Drops Product Review

*I received this product for free but the opinions are my own.

I was kindly sent The Colour Enhancing Gloss & The Corrector Drops by the Hair Boss* to try out. I have already tried out some of the other products from this brand which I loved and you can read my reviews here and here.
The Hair Boss The Colour Enhancing Gloss & The Corrector Drops
I was excited to try these products as I do colour my hair regularly.  The Colour Enhancing Gloss is semi-permanent and lasts up to 6 washes. The Gloss was Golden Balayage and it enhances beachy blonde tones. It is a treatment that adds soft, sun kissed colour whilst adding salon shine. The formula deposits a subtle colour while smoothing the cuticle of the hair and they recommend following this treatment with The Conditioning Milk (now renamed Conditioning Lotion - a sachet in included in the box) to seal in the shine and add moisture. To use this product, you simply shampoo your hair as normal and then after removing excess water, apply a generous amount of the Gloss, ensuring that the hair is well saturated.  Massage through the hair to ensure even coverage and then leave for 20 minutes.  Rinse well and follow with the Conditioning Lotion which closes the cuticle and locks in the shine.  I have golden tones in my hair and I did find this product added shine to my hair and it did feel smoother.

I also received The Corrector Drops in Brunette & Blonde. The Blonde product banishes yellow tones in blonde hair and the Brunette product banishes orange tones in brown hair. This unique pigment concentrate can be added to your usual shampoo and conditioner and you can customise the level of pigment to suit your shade. To use this product, you just add it to your shampoo and conditioner or hair mask or you can also use the palm of your hand as long as you wear gloves. Add 1 - 3 drops in both shampoo and conditioner for maintenance, or 3 - 5 drops in conditioner or hair mask for deep toning. Mix well to combine and then apply to towel dried hair. Leave for 5 minutes and then rinse well.  If you require more intense toning then you can leave it on for 15 minutes.  This is another great product as my sisters brunette hair tends to get brassy after its been coloured for a while and the Brunette product really did tone down the brassy orange in her hair.

The Colour Enhancing Gloss costs £14.99 for 150ml and The Corrector Drops cost £8.99 for 50ml. The Conditioning Lotion costs £8.99 for 250ml. They can be purchased direct from The Hair Boss website. You can also buy The Hair Boss products from Superdrug.
