EquiGroomer For Horses

Image
This is an off brand post for me as I don't usually post about the horse products I use, but the EquiGroomer is a great product that I came across recently which is ideal for this time of year when horses are beginning to moult ready for the warmer weather. This is a great tool to add to your grooming kit as it helps to safely remove loose hair, skin and dirt from your horses coat as you groom them.  My horse finds it quite a relaxing process and likes to chill as I do all the hard work.  Its easy to use and can easily be used on the legs and belly as well.  Its nice and compact and easy to hold in your hand.  I must admit it certainly helps to remove some of the dirt from my horses coat.  He really needs a good bath when the warmer weather comes around.   I purchased mine on Amazon as I haven't seen it available anywhere else (I haven't included a link as prices are always changing so just type EquiGroomer into Amazon and look for the best price).  It comes in a variety of

Primark Beauty Products Volume 2

Image
I am finding it really difficult to browse in Primark and not pick up some of their beauty products. There is always something tempting to buy and they are usually pretty cheap too. This is my second Primark beauty haul recently. You can read about my first haul here . Here's what I bought on my last visit: Blush Delight Eau de Parfum - £2.50 for 20ml. This is a floral rose fragrance with spicy turmeric and pepper top notes, the heart notes are rose and the base notes are patchouli and tonka bean. This is sweet and spicy and floral all in one go which I love. Watermelon Lip Balm (£1 for 13.5ml) and Pink Lemonade Fragranced Lip Balm (£1.30 for 13.5ml). Both are perfect for carrying around in your handbag to apply throughout the day. I also purchased the Strawberry Sorbet Fragranced Lip Balm and the Candy Floss Fragranced Lip Balm which has the cutest cardboard packaging and only cost £1.50 each for 3g.  All the products listed above are vegan.   Leigh 💜 I purchased these products w

I purchased the New York, London & Disney World prints and they include some of the key attractions in all of those destination. They cost £12 each for the A4 poster print which I think is very reasonable.   Leigh 💜 I purchased this product with my own money

Tesco Makeup Recycling Scheme with Maybelline

Image
I know I am late to the party with this one, but I don't normally shop in Tesco as until recently I didn't have a local  branch.  Now that's all changed, so I can add makeup to my list of things that I can now recycle.  Tesco have linked up with Maybelline and now have boxes in some branches where you can recycle any brand of makeup. The list of items you can recycle include: Compacts and Pallets Mascaras and Liners Lip Products Plastic Tubes and Bottles Unfortunately you can't recycle Glass, Wood, brushes and polish.  I'm still on the lookout for somewhere you can recycle nail polish and makeup brushes so if you know of anywhere then please let me know. It's great that there is now a place to recycle your old and used up makeup as its the one thing that I didn't know what to do with when I was finished with it.  I'll link my post on The Body Shop recycling scheme as well as some make up can be recycled with them in case you don't have a Tesco branc
