EquiGroomer For Horses

This is an off brand post for me as I don't usually post about the horse products I use, but the EquiGroomer is a great product that I came across recently which is ideal for this time of year when horses are beginning to moult ready for the warmer weather.

This is a great tool to add to your grooming kit as it helps to safely remove loose hair, skin and dirt from your horses coat as you groom them.  My horse finds it quite a relaxing process and likes to chill as I do all the hard work.  Its easy to use and can easily be used on the legs and belly as well.  Its nice and compact and easy to hold in your hand.  I must admit it certainly helps to remove some of the dirt from my horses coat.  He really needs a good bath when the warmer weather comes around.  

I purchased mine on Amazon as I haven't seen it available anywhere else (I haven't included a link as prices are always changing so just type EquiGroomer into Amazon and look for the best price).  It comes in a variety of colours and costs around £30.  It can also be used to remove fur from numnahs and rugs.  There are smaller versions that can be used on cats and dogs.

**Reposted as the Primark Vitamin Enriched Moisturising Primer is  currently reduced to £2.50 from £4.50. I picked up the Primark Vitamin Enriched Moisturising Primer because it looked like it was a dupe for the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. The Primark version costs £4.50 for 45ml and the Bobbi Brown Face Base costs £48.50 for 50ml, so there is quite a price difference.   I had always wanted to try out the Bobbi Brown product, so when I received a mini version in a gift with purchase goody bag I was really excited to try it out, but I have to say I was somewhat underwhelmed.  I have quite dry skin and the face base did not have as much slip as I was expecting, so it didn't feel smooth when I applied my foundation. For the price I was expecting to love it way more than I did. Primark LED Light Mask Review

I have wanted to get an LED Mask for ages but with prices for some of them at over £400 I just haven't been able to pull the trigger and buy one yet. So when I saw the LED Light Mask in Primark for £15 I just had to try it out.  The Primark version targets 3 different skin concerns with 3 different types of light sources. Aldi Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer Review - Bobbi Brown Dupe

I managed to get my hands on the newly released Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer from Aldi which is supposed to be a dupe of the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. It costs £5.99 for 50ml whereas the Bobbi Brown product costs £48.50 for 50ml. That's a big difference especially at times like these when every penny counts. The big question - is it any good? I actually really enjoyed using this primer. I have dry skin and this thick creamy primer really suited my skin. It contains vitamin c, vitamin b, vitamin e, shea butter, sodium hyaluronate & geranium oil and I found it very hydrating on my skin and it provided a great base for my makeup. My makeup stayed on all day and didn't go patchy or dry. It also has a fresh grapefruit and geranium scent which is really refreshing, but don't worry its not an overpowering smell.
