Empties Post

As its been awhile since I did an empties post (I think my last one was April) I thought I would do an update today.  I think I have done pretty well over the last couple of months using up products and the photos below don't even include the ones I used up on my holiday last month as I didn't take photos of them.  I will just write about the ones I really love or don't like today.
Soap & Glory Clean On Me Creamy Moisture Shower Gel - This was a nice shower gel which foams up really well.  It did take ages to get through as its a massive bottle. I usually buy the Soap & Glory large gift set every Christmas when it is on offer in Boots.

Kiehl's Creme de Corps Soy Milk & Honey Body Polish - I received this as part of a gift set in the Christmas sales and I really like it.  It has small exfoliants and is very creamy and rich.  It smells divine too.

Rituals Touch of Happiness Sweet Orange & Cedar Wood Rich Nourishing Body Cream - This product does what it says on the tin, its rich and nourishing and a pleasure to use.  I love the fruity, woody scent combination. I still have the matching shower gel and sugar body scrub to try out, so can't wait for that.

The Body Shop Cucumber Freshening Water - This is a cool, fresh toner that is perfect for everyday use.  I think if you have sensitive skin, this will be gentle on your skin.

Eau Thermale Avene Very High Protection Emulsion 50+ Broad UVB & UVA Protection - I like to use this lotion on my face before sun exposure due to its high protection. Even though it is 50+ it is easy to rub into your skin without leaving it looking greasy and pale.
The Body Shop Strawberry Hand Cleanse Gel - I go through a ton of these as they are my favourite hand sanitiser.  I get them at The Body Shop Outlet as you get 40% off if you buy 4 products, so I get 4 for £6.  The normal price is £2.50.

Kiehl's Creme de Corps - Kiehl's is one of my fave beauty brands but it's expensive so I only tend to buy it in America.  I love this body lotion but I do find it hard to get all the product out of the bottle.

Crabtree & Evelyn Himalayan Blue Hand Therapy - I think I got this in a beauty box at some point and its taken me awhile to use but I took it into work to use throughout the day and I did like the smell and it wasn't greasy and sank into my skin pretty quickly.

Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm - I always pick this up when there are offers on as its a great lip balm that keeps my dry lips in good condition.

Pixi Skintreat Honey Almond Polish - I got this on offer when I purchased the Pixi Glow Tonic, so it only cost £4.  It's a regenerating , natural deep cleanser and exfoliating face scrub in one.  It works really well and you only need a small amount of product to mix with a few drops of water, so it lasts quite a while.  I would definitely pick this up again if it was on offer.

Balance Me - Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm - This is my favourite Balance Me product and it's a great balm cleanser that is 100% Natural Origin. I would definitely purchase this again.
Viva La Juicy EDP - I really love the smell of this perfume and the fact that it comes in this 10ml bottle and is a spray rather than a roll on is great as it's a good size to put in your handbag to freshen up throughout the day.

Vanitas Versace EDP - This was included in one of my first Use It or Lose It posts (I must do an updated one). I like this perfume.  It has a light floral smell that is not too overpowering so can be worn throughout the day.  I have a couple of these small bottles to use but I must admit that I prefer a spray bottle rather than one you have to dab on your wrists like this one.

Kate Moss Lilabelle - I do like Kate Moss Fragrances and always pick up a couple of gift sets on offer at Christmas time.  This is a lovely, light floral fragrance.
Percy & Reed Finishing Polish - I got this free with a magazine last year (they have had free Percy & Reed products free with magazines for a couple of years now).  I have frizzy hair and this is a great product for smoothing down the stray strands.  I would definitely repurchase this one.

Dead Sea Spa Magik Super Hand Cream - I do like this hand cream as it smells nice and isn't too greasy.  This brand always seems to come free with beauty boxes or at least it did when I used to buy a few every month, so it's easy to get sick of the products, but this hand cream is great.  I would purchase it when I run out of my other hand creams which will probably take a while.
Lancome Juicy Tubes Lip Gloss - This isn't my favourite lip gloss as I did find it very sticky and my hair just kept getting stuck across my face.

Chanel Eye Definer in Bronze - this was my first Chanel makeup purchase a few years ago and I really liked the colour and the softness of the pencil, but I have had it far too long so it had to go.  I would definitely try some more of their eye liners, but I have a stash of liners to work through so I can't really buy anymore at the moment.
I did use up 30 sachets this month while I was on holiday but didn't take a photo of them, so there were only 4 in my empties box.  I am well on my way to completing my challenge (see post here) of using up 100 sachets this year.

I bought these with my own money or where stated they came free with a magazine.
