*The Humble Co Plastic Free Dental Products

*I received these products for free but the opinions are my own.

I was kindly sent a selection of The Humble Co. products* to review recently. The Humble Co. is one of my go-to brands for sustainable dental products especially when I am travelling, so I'm not adding to the disposable plastic that ends up in oceans and landfill.
The Humble Co Plastic Free Dental Products
Humble Brush Plant Based Toothbrush 2 Pack* - The Humble Co. have created a plant based Humble brush which has a handle made from a mix of plant based materials & Polypropylene (PP). The products inner and outer packaging is made from paper and is eco-friendly and 100% recyclable. Its vegan, cruelty-free and verified Bisphenol A (BPA) free. These are for sensitive teeth and are very soft and as someone who has sensitive teeth I didn't have any problems using this toothbrush at all. It comes in a pack of 2 brushes and there are 2 colour options - purple & blue brush heads or black & white brush heads. These toothbrushes are available at Holland and Barrett for £2.49 here.

Humble Brush - Replaceable Head Toothbrush* - The Humble brush* has a handle made from 100% biodegradable, sustainably-grown bamboo (the fastest growing plant on earth). Bamboo is also naturally antibacterial which means that there is no need to use fertilisers or pesticides during its cultivation. The Humble brush comes with 1 handle and 3 easily removable brush heads. The box is made from recycled materials, and the inside wrapper is made from compostable paper. The products are also certified vegan, cruelty-free and verified Bisphenol A (BPA) free. The bristles are not stiff or harsh and clean my teeth really well. I think these are a great replacement for plastic toothbrushes (3.6 billion of which are produced every year, the majority of which will end up in oceans and landfills). You can buy this brush at Boots for £3.50 at the moment as there is an offer on (normally it costs £7).

The Humble Interdental Brushes* come in 6 different sizes which is great if like me you have some teeth that are really close together with a barely there gap and others that have a bigger gap and are very prone to getting food stuck between them and can be quite painful. The brushes have handles made from 100% biodegradable, sustainably grown bamboo like the toothbrush above. These BPA-free little brushes are great for removing the small food particles between your teeth. The pack contains 8 brushes and costs £3.99 at Holland and Barrett.

The Humble Co. Floss Picks* are made using Plant Based Materials. They are mint flavoured and charcoal infused  & also have twin floss which slides between teeth easily. This product has a handle made of a mix of plant based materials and Polypropylene (PP). The thread is made out of Polyethylene (PE) and flavoured for fresh and minty breath. Its safe and certified vegan and verified Bisphenol A (BPA) free. Its a handy product to use to remove food debris and bacteria from inbetween the teeth to prevent bad breath and gum disease. This product is available directly on The Humble Co. website for EUR3.99 here. One pack contains 50 floss picks.

The Humble Co. was established in 2013 and is based in Sweden. This company was founded by a dentist to design and develop eco-friendly dental products which offer an alternative to the regular plastic products that most of us use. Every Humble purchase goes towards funding projects for the benefit of children in need. You can read more about the Company's philosophy here.
