*Orb Ring-10 - The 10-inch Ring Light

I must admit that I have never had a ring light.  I've always wanted one, but never got round to buying one. Taking photos inside is not the easiest thing to do, its always either too bright and you get loads of shadows or too dark and the photo doesn't look great.  I was so pleased when I was sent the Orb Ring-10* to review as it makes taking photos and videos so much easier, especially if you don't have a steady hand like me and don't have a well lit room to use to take photos.

This 10 inch ring light is great for taking photos & creating videos.  It is small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of space when its not in use and its easy to move around.  It comes with an adjustable smartphone holder inside the ring light itself, as well as 2 additional smartphone holders if needed.  It makes taking photos and making videos so much easier and not having to wait for the perfect light to take them in is such a timesaver.  Its also got 10 different brightness levels so you can adjust it according to your needs with the USB powered remote control.  Its also very easy to set the ring light up as the instructions are easy to follow and it takes about 10 minutes.

**Reposted as the Primark Vitamin Enriched Moisturising Primer is  currently reduced to £2.50 from £4.50. I picked up the Primark Vitamin Enriched Moisturising Primer because it looked like it was a dupe for the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. The Primark version costs £4.50 for 45ml and the Bobbi Brown Face Base costs £48.50 for 50ml, so there is quite a price difference.   I had always wanted to try out the Bobbi Brown product, so when I received a mini version in a gift with purchase goody bag I was really excited to try it out, but I have to say I was somewhat underwhelmed.  I have quite dry skin and the face base did not have as much slip as I was expecting, so it didn't feel smooth when I applied my foundation. For the price I was expecting to love it way more than I did. Primark LED Light Mask Review

I have wanted to get an LED Mask for ages but with prices for some of them at over £400 I just haven't been able to pull the trigger and buy one yet. So when I saw the LED Light Mask in Primark for £15 I just had to try it out.  The Primark version targets 3 different skin concerns with 3 different types of light sources. Aldi Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer Review - Bobbi Brown Dupe

I managed to get my hands on the newly released Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer from Aldi which is supposed to be a dupe of the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. It costs £5.99 for 50ml whereas the Bobbi Brown product costs £48.50 for 50ml. That's a big difference especially at times like these when every penny counts. The big question - is it any good? I actually really enjoyed using this primer. I have dry skin and this thick creamy primer really suited my skin. It contains vitamin c, vitamin b, vitamin e, shea butter, sodium hyaluronate & geranium oil and I found it very hydrating on my skin and it provided a great base for my makeup. My makeup stayed on all day and didn't go patchy or dry. It also has a fresh grapefruit and geranium scent which is really refreshing, but don't worry its not an overpowering smell.
